वो कहते हैं, ‘मेरी 8 वर्षीय बच्ची है। मैंने अपने बच्चों को बता रखा है कि उन्हें भी मुझसे कोरोना हो सकता है। बच्ची मुझसे कहती है कि पापा अगर हमें कुछ हो गया तो हम भगवान जी को ये बोल सकेंगे कि हमने कुछ अच्छा काम किया है।’ उनका परिवार ही उनकी प्रेरणा है। उनकी पत्नी और उनकी दो बेटियां और एक बेटा उन्हें ये नेक काम करने के लिए इंस्पायर करते हैं।

RBI LOAN MORATORIUM : लोन धारको के लिये बहुत बड़ी खुश खबरी : लोन मोरेटोरियम का कौन ले सकता है फायदा ?

 लोन धारको के लिये बहुत बड़ी खुश खबरी  : 

रिजर्व बैंक (RBI) ने  लोन मोरेटोरियम पर एक अहम फैसला किया है. इसके तहत, आरबीआई ने कुछ इंडिविजुअल और छोटे कर्जदारों को अपना कर्ज चुकाने के लिए अधिक समय उपलब्ध करा दिया है. केंद्रीय बैंक के मुताबिक, उन इंडिवुजअल्स और स्‍माल एंड मीडियम कैटेगरी की कंपनियों को दो साल की अवधि तक मोरेटोरियम उपलब्ध होगा, जिन्होंने पिछले साल 2020 में अपने कर्ज को रीस्ट्रक्चर नहीं किया था और मार्च 2021 तक लोन खाते स्टैंडर्ड अकाउंट्स के तौर पर क्लासीफाइड किए गए थे. आरबीआई के इस एलान का 25 करोड़ रुपये तक के कर्जदारों को फायदा मिलेगा.

आरबीआई गवर्नर की ओर से बुधवार को किए गए ऐलान के मुताबिक, इस योजना के तहत सभी बैंक और लेंडिंग इंस्टीट्यूशंस 30 सितंबर 2021 तक लोन को रीस्ट्रक्चर कर सकेंगी. जिन लोगों ने पिछले साल 2020 में लोन रीस्ट्रक्चरिंग का फायदा उठा लिया था, उन्हें भी इस योजना का फायदा मिलेगा. पिछले साल लोन रीस्ट्रक्चरिंग के तहत 2 साल तक के मोरेटोरियम का फायदा मिला था, ऐसे लोगों को इस साल रीस्ट्रक्चरिंग के तहत मोरेटोरियम अवधि को कुल 2 साल की अवधि तक बढ़ाया जा सकता है.

वहीं, रिजर्व बैंक ने वैक्सीन बनाने वाली कंपनियों, अस्पतालों और कोरोना से जुड़े हेल्थ इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर को प्रॉयोरिटी लेडिंग के लिए बैंकों को मंजूरी दी है. आरबीआई के एलान के मुताबिक इसके लिए रेपो रेट पर 31 मार्च 2020 तक तीन साल की अवधि के लिए लोन लिया जा सकता है.

एक बार फिर लिक्विडिटी का संकट :
कोविड महामारी की दूसरी लहर ने एक बार फिर लिक्विडिटी का संकट खड़ा कर दिया है. जिसके चलते इंडिविजुअल कर्जदार प्रभावित हुए हैं. सभी खरीदार ऐसी स्थिति में नहीं है कि वे समय पर ईएमआई का भुगतान कर सकें हैं. ऐसे में अपने लेंडर के पास जाकर लोन के रीस्ट्रक्चर के लिए अनुरोध कर सकते हैं. इसके तहत दो साल की अवधि तक की राहत मिल सकती है. हालांकि, रीस्‍ट्रक्‍चरिंग बैंक की ओर से निर्धारित कंडीशंस के मुताबिक हर केस के लिए अलग होगी. आरबीआई के इस एलान का फायदा पिछले साल रीस्ट्रक्चरिंग का फायदा उठाने वालों को भी मिलेगा और जिन्होंने नहीं उठाया, उन्हें भी मिलेगा.

हेल्‍थ इंफ्रा और सरकारी बांड पर भी अहम ऐलान : 
इससे पहले, बुधवार को ही आरबीआई गवर्नर शक्तिकांत दास ने सबसे अहम फैसला कोविड से जुड़े हेल्‍थकेयर इंफ्रास्‍ट्रक्‍चर और सर्विसेज के लिए 50,000 करोड़ रुपये की लिक्विडिटी का प्रावधान किया . बैंकों की तरफ से इस लिक्विडिटी का इस्‍तेमाल अस्‍पताल, ऑक्‍सीजन सप्‍लायर्स, वैक्‍सीन इम्‍पोर्टर, कोरोना दवा के लिए प्रॉयरिटी लेंडिंग के लिए किया जाएगा. रिजर्व बैंक गवर्नर ने कहा कि भारत में कोरोना की दूसरी लहर ने इकोनॉमी पर तगड़ा असर डाला है. आरबीआई ने दूसरा अहम फैसला गर्वनमेंट सिक्‍युरिटीज (G-Sec)की खरीद को लेकर किया. आरबीआई गवर्नर ने कहा कि 35000 करोड़ रुपये की गर्वमेंट सिक्योरिटीज की खरीद का दूसरा चरण 20 मई को शुरू किया जाएगा.
